Both sides confirm
Every record — a debt and a repayment alike — needs the other person's agreement.
For Android
You don't keep debts in a separate notebook. You propose one inside the chat, the other person confirms — and from that moment you both hold the same number.
No one-sided records. That is why there is nothing to argue about.

I lent you 200,000 yesterday, remember?

Yes, that's right. Confirmed.
14:03Confirmed — you both hold the same number now.
The problem
Debts are agreed out loud, and then two memories disagree. Even a written note sits with ONE side only — the other never saw it, never agreed to it, and may not accept it later.
How it works
Search by username or send a friend request. Someone who isn't a contact cannot message you.
From inside the chat you set the amount, a note and a due date. It isn't a debt yet — it's a proposal.
Accepted, the record takes effect; declined, nothing is written. A one-sided debt cannot exist.
Payments are recorded the same way, and can be partial. The remainder is worked out for you.
Features
Every record — a debt and a repayment alike — needs the other person's agreement.
One debt can have several payments, and the balance is recalculated each time.
A debt can carry a due date, and you get a notification as it approaches.
A stranger can neither message you nor propose a debt. Access comes through a friend request.
Proposals, confirmations, refusals and due-date reminders — answer straight from the notification.
The app speaks Uzbek, Russian, English and 12 more. Light and dark themes.
Groups
A trip, a flat, a birthday — different people pay, and who owes whom gets confusing fast. A group works it out for you.
Who paid and who it was for — entered once and visible to everyone in the group.
Evenly, by shares, or by exact amounts — decided per expense.
The group balance collapses into a single number for each member.
When you close a group the number of transfers is kept to a minimum — you settle with one or two people, not with everyone.
Groups are still being built and are rolling out gradually in the app.
The rule
This is the app's core rule and it will not change. Every number you enter passes through the other person's confirmation. A debt in Qarzer is not your word — it is the agreement between you.
While a proposal is unanswered it has no effect on the balance.
Declined and cancelled records stay in the history — they are evidence.
Every change is stored with who made it and when.
The core — recording a debt, confirming it and paying it back — is free and stays free. Pro is for the extended features.
Prices vary by region and are shown in Google Play.
